The nearest airport was conveniently far away. The property had everything I needed, including an oven and dishwasher. The famous Beurs van Berlage was a mere 2.4 km away, so I didn't have to go far to admire its beauty.

Oh, but how I loved waking up to the sun in my eyes every morning and the possibility of the neighbors catching a glimpse of my morning glory. How thrilling.

Well, it had a neat room with modern appliances.

We had a slight issue when we arrived, but the owner/agent went above and beyond to make it right. They listened to our concerns and made sure we were happy with the resolution. The rest of our stay was enjoyable and our son and his friends were grateful for the efforts made.

In terms of amenities, we did encounter a few minor issues. The tea and coffee machine wasn't working, the bathroom had a drainage problem, and there were some broken glasses.

The apartment at Bens The Highdocks was absolutely cozy and inviting. I loved having a flat-screen TV to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Amsterdam. I personally didn't find the lack of a private bathroom to be an issue, though some might prefer it.

I loved the view from the hotel, and the neighborhood architecture added to the charm. Plus, being just a 15-minute walk to the ferry station and a short ride to the center was so convenient. The facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen and a good coffee machine. The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the patio outside provided a quiet place to relax. 20 minutes' walk to the ferry made exploring the city easy.

There were several negative aspects that affected our stay. there were issues with the central heating system, which made loud and disruptive noises throughout the entire place.
